I have a B365M Pro4 mobo and it has more bios settings than I've ever seen! The CPU is an Intel i5-9400 with a base frequency of 2.90GHz and Maximum Turbo Frequency of 4.10GHz
The only thing I've seen regarding Turbo Boost is in BIOS > Advanced > OC Tweaker. It lists the following: Target CPU / Cache / BCLK Speed: 4100 MHz / 3800 MHz / 100.0000 MHz Target AVX2 Speed: 4100 MHz Target Memory Speed: 2133 MHz This looks like the 4100 MHz Turbo Boost is enabled. But under "CPU Configuration" Boot Performance Mode = Max Non-Turbo performance The description says "it will keep CPU Flex-ratio till OS handoff." There is nothing in the manual that clarifies what that means. I'm guessing it means Turbo is not enabled during Boot. Is that correct? Should I leave that setting alone? As a side question, why does the memory speed indicate 2133MHz when the RAM is 2666 MHz? |
