Does anyone know if there is a beta BIOS newer than L.146 for the X300M-STX motherboard yet? There is a known issue with booting linux, for any AMD chipset, which gives a series of lines analogous to "common_interrupt: 1.55 No irq handler for vector" in the log, though systems do continue to boot. It has been analysed and is a BIOS bug. I was told a new BIOS is being prepared but I have not seen any made available in recent weeks, and none yet on on the Asrock support page.

Mobo: X570 Aqua
CPU: 3950x
RAM: 4 x 8GB G,Skill Trident Z Royal F4-3600C14Q-32GTRSB
BIOS: 3.40

Unable to run basic 14-16-16-32-48-1T @3800 1:1:1 ratio as previously on 1.71 and 3.30 BIOS versions that are able run 14-15-12-26-38-1T @3800 1:1:1 with even extreme sub-timings. After signing into the Windows account, even during idle, would get random black screens with reboots.

Had to low speed down to 3600mhz 1:1:1

Board model: X570M Pro4
BIOS version: 3.40
CPU: Ryzen 5 3600X
RAM: 32Gb (4x8Gb) Crucial Ballistix Sport LT 3000 CL15 @ XMP

Notes:

AMD CBS > NBIO Common Options > SMU Common Option > Max Voltage Offset

This setting still does not function on BIOS v3.40. Changing from "Auto" to "100" does not limit max boost voltage at all. The voltage, temperature and benchmark scores stay the same no matter the option chosen.

I tried restoring BIOS defaults before testing it.

2.60 - Setting works with expected voltage, temperature and performance drop.
2.80 - Didn't test this BIOS version
2.90 - Setting is missing
3.00 - Setting does not work
3.40 - Setting does not work

Thanks

Board model: X570 Steel Legend Wifi
BIOS version: 3.60
CPU: 5800X
RAM: CORSAIR Vengeance RGB Pro 32GB (4 x 8GB) CMW32GX4M4D3600C18 (Per Thaiphoon they are Samsung B die)

Notes:

Just built the machine a few days ago and all seems well in general. Memory tests passed and gaming seems fine.

But, just like Zett who posted on here 04 Feb 2021 at 2:02am, entering to "Super IO Configuration" in UEFI causes freezing. Every single time. I did it 3 times just to make sure it wasn't a fluke. The board came with ver 3.30 and I know I was able to access in that version.

All other options seem fine so far, but I've really only messed with CPU and RAM settings.
