I updated the BIOS version to the latest version 7.6. The freezing problem still exists.

Will ASRock support fix this problem?? It seems many others suffering from this issue also.

I have had this issue with both 6th and 7th gen CPUs: i3-6100 and i5-7600 respectively.

6th gen CPU and BIOS 7.20 are most stable. I've tried every BIOS upto 7.60, but seen no improvement.

I bought the deskmini to be used as a HTPC, but it's useless because of this issue.

Diagnostic Tools in BIOS did not fine any problems

Hm, I use i5-7xxx for work - many tabs on FF + media player, some photo editor apps. Attached to several monitors 24 & 40", mode is split, at same time watch tv shows and working.

Only when I watch at same time 3 or more videos on websites only then it may glitch.

I have had this issue forever with the Deskmini 110 and have never solved it.  I have a Pentium G4560 and initially had Ubuntu 16.04LTS on the machine.  I got tired of it freezing and thought it might be some bug with Ubuntu, so I put Windows 10 Pro on it.  It never subsided and I've just dealt with it freezing up once or twice per day.  I'm about to do a new build and plan to test the RAM and SSD in the new machine to see if I can isolate the issue from being one of them, as I suspect that it is the motherboard causing the issue as you all have described.  Anyway, figured that I would chime in as I have the issue with both G4xxx series processors and Ubuntu rather than Windows 10 (but of course also in Windows 10 on this machine)

Worked throughout 15 minutes without freeze.

I've disabled additional options:
Enhanced Halt State (C1E)

I got a same problem and tried these workarounds, then the frequency of freeze has declined.
But still freezes randomly.
Judging from this thread's posts I've seen,I think there are any HW problems on Deskmini...
I love this tiny HTPC box,so please help me, ASRockCry

I just bought a new motherboard for mine, the Gigabyte H110MSTX-HD3, and will be installing it in the next few days. I'll leave all other hardware the same for the time being and will report back if I still have the problem.
