C'mon TongueWink

That error tells me you have a/some Legacy Devices.

Older CD/ROM? Card Reader maybe? Old USB device plugged in?

Now I am using G Skill with Samsung B Die single file single rank so you memory is much different and you may very well have better luck with a later BIOS, but my experience is to not flash beyond P4.40 yet.
There is some kind of weird power delivery issue with both 4.60 and 461. I have always disabled cstates and AMD cool and quiet. I also run a fixed vcore for my 1700X at 3.8. with both 460 and 461 windows would no longer read the CPU Speed correctly it would say 3.4 and I would get audio popping with black screens with a Vega 56. Rolled back to 440 and back to normal.

The problem is solved. The problem lay in the fact that my video card sagged in the slot under its own weight. After installing the special holder, as well as checking all power cables (4pin, 24pin, 6 + 8), the problem was eliminated. Thanks for the support.
