I have the following components in my build:
Deskmini 310
Crucial  DDR4 SODIMM 2x8gb 2666
Samsung 970 Evo 500gb M.2

The problem:
Installing Windows went fine.
Than i installed the necessary drivers from the Asrock support site. (lan, chipset, vga etc.)
Than installing other software ( Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom)

When using the system it sometimes will not boot and it sticks on the turning circle., not always .After three attempts it will start in recovery mode. But boot recovery or systemrestore will not work. Even starting in safe mode will not have succes.
If i install windows again it will work again for a short moment and it has the same problem.

Do i have incompatability issues? Any suggestions? SSD problem?
I already updated the bios firmware from the asrock site.

During the users install the application and save them on an external memory card, there might be a chance of data loss related to the applications. Memory Card Data recovery will allow the users to recover the data and bring back to the memory card.

Hi G7142h01,

I have the same problem. I just posted it under Forum Home > Technical Support > HTPC&Gaming Barebone&Others >  Deskmini 310 hangs on power up/down

Actually no. I returned the Deskmini and bought a different Mini ITX Board and case. I assembled all the other components I bought (CPU, RAM, SSD) and it's working like a charm.
