Maybe try booting into Windows Safe Mode, clean NVidia drivers, and start over?

Hi

I have a pc with the motherboard Asrock X399 TaiCHI, with 2 SSD M2 and i upgrade my pc from a RTX 3090 to the new RTX 5090 but when i enter to windows 11 the pc get frozed once the login screen appears!!
