Due to the nature of the failure i doubt that these forums would be of any help. Was in the middle of a render and the computer just rebooted itself with no BSOD and wouldn't get past POST. Cant even get into the BIOS. Tried resetting the CMOS and a different PSU. No luck. Only other thing to test is the CPU but i don't have a spare AM4 CPU. Sending that in for RMA to. AMD got back to me in less than 24 hours and gave me a shipping label so i didn't have to pay to send it out. Just waiting on Asrock now...

The response time can vary in my experience. Typically I get replies within a week but on occasion it can take longer (usually due to national holidays and such).

If you have not gotten a reply by the end of Monday please send me a PM and I will get in touch with my contacts at ASRock for you.

While you wait, feel free to outline your issue here on the forums, someone here may be able to help you resolve your problems.
