    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="https://forum.asrock.com/member_profile.asp?PF=9389">will_s</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 10026<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 29 Oct 2018 at 6:42am<br /><br /><a href="" target="_blank" rel="nofollow"></a>Just flashed to the latest BIOS on my Z370 Gaming K6 and now when I boot this Asrock Boot Manager&nbsp; Comes up asking me to select my drive.&nbsp;If I wait 30 seconds or whatever it is it will boot into my M.2 drive which is set in the BIOS as my boot drive or just hit enter&nbsp;and it will boot into the M.2 drive.<div><br></div><div>So how do I get rid of this major annoyance?&nbsp; What I liked about this motherboard was that it booted up nearly twice as fast as my Asus Hero Z370 motherboard but now its a real pain</div><div><br></div><div><font color="#ff0000">edit: had a look on the online manual and found that you disable Asrocks boot manager as its only for dual boot systems. Strange name as normally the Boot Manager&nbsp;controls your boot and&nbsp;you set your options there. Somehow when I did the BIOS flash it turned it on. Guess I am used to other brand motherboards where the term Boot Manager is used to control your boot and doesn't refer to dual boot systems</font></div><span style="font-size:10px"><br /><br />Edited by will_s - 29 Oct 2018 at 7:46am</span>]]>
