Here are a few steps you can try to get out of the BIOS screen:

Save and Exit:

Look for an option like ?œSave Changes and Exit??or press the designated key (usually F10) to save defaults and restart.

Reset CMOS:

Turn off your PC and unplug it.

Open the case and locate the CMOS battery on your motherboard.

Remove it for about 5??0 minutes, then put it back.

This resets your BIOS to factory defaults and can help get you out of the loop.

Check Your Hardware:

Sometimes a faulty RAM stick or GPU can cause BIOS to freeze. Try removing non-essential components and see if it boots.

Update or Reflash BIOS:

If the above steps don?™t work, you may need to update your BIOS. Check your motherboard manufacturer?™s website for instructions.

Safe Boot Option:

Some BIOS screens allow you to choose a safe boot or boot override. This can let the system boot from your OS drive directly.

Make sure to take note of your BIOS settings if you?™ve customized anything, and proceed carefully with hardware changes.

Hopefully one of these steps will help you get back into Windows!
