Thank you for choosing ASRock.

 

Please enable the deep sleepoption at BIOS > Advanced > Chipset Configuration page.

Enable the deep sleep in S4-S5will turn off the USB power after system shutdown.

On my Taichi Z370 motherboard, the USB ports are always hot (turned on) even when the computer is powered off.
