Been using this MoBo for a good while now. I have decided to apply an OC to the 1700x in hope to get a bit better performance for my application. The issue is the setting im applying are not actually doing anything. 

system:

AsRock AB350m Pro4, bios 5.10
 Ryzen 1700x
Corsair 16Gb 2666 mem
1060 6gb - not OC

i have tried the Asrock settings option and applied 3.80, 3.85 GHz for the clock and 1.385V for both option. i save and boot without issues. 

loading CPUZ or  looking at windows monitoring the system only displays 3.49GHz..

when i apply load with CPUZ same results. When i run an encoding at 70-90% load, same results. 

Its as though the setting are undone on boot...
 as a side note ive not had any issues with anything else. 
thoughts?
