Dear Walina,

Greetings, this is ASRock TSD.

First, please check if CPU temperature is in reasonable range.

If CPU temperature is too high, please increase the CPU fan speed.

And also improve the thermal paste on the CPU.

Second, does this symptom occur in playing games?

If yes, please check with other games and test with different loading programs for verifying.

We would like to clarify if this symptom related to specific program.

Or the symptom occurs in every program.

At last, please clear CMOS, and make sure the BIOS is in default state.

Please also change different monitor cable or use another port for verifying the result.

MY board, AB350M-HDV, 2400G, win10 have a problem.

When using my computer over about 30 minute.

Suddenly no signal, black screen.

Always need to restart system to get screen back.

EVERY 30 MINUTES!!!

Please help me.
