    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="https://forum.asrock.com/member_profile.asp?PF=11344">SpeedSneak</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 10101<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 08 Nov 2018 at 1:38am<br /><br /><a href="" target="_blank" rel="nofollow"></a><div>Hello,</div><div>we have random bluescreens at new clients.</div><div><br></div><div>Specs:</div><div>Motherboard - ASRock AB350M-HDV</div><div>Proc - Ryzen 3 2200G</div><div>RAM - Teamgroup 8 GB DDR 4 2400 - 16-16-16-39</div><div>SSD - Teamgroup 120 GB SATA<br></div><div>PS - 400 W</div><div>Windows 10 Pro (1803)</div><div>Integrated in domain with GPOs</div><div>BIOS: 4.9</div><div><br></div><div>Problem:</div><div><span id="result_" =""="-1" lang="en"><span =""="">The bluescreens happen randomly and are not </span></span><span id="result_" ="short_text"="-1" lang="en"><span =""="">reproducible</span></span><span id="result_" =""="-1" lang="en"><span =""="">.</span></span></div><div><span id="result_" =""="-1" lang="en"><span =""="">They also occur sometimes during installation of Win 10, but much more after the installation.</span></span></div><div><br><div><span id="result_" =""="-1" lang="en"><span =""="">Example of error codes: </span></span><span id="result_" =""="-1" lang="en"><span =""="">PFN_LIST_CORRUPT, kmode exception not handled, irql_not_less_or_equal</span></span></div><div><span id="result_" =""="-1" lang="en"><span =""=""><br></span></span></div><div><span id="result_" =""="-1" lang="en"><span =""=""><br></span></span></div><span id="result_" =""="-1" lang="en"><span =""=""></span></span></div><div><span id="result_" =""="-1" lang="en"><span =""="">The following things we tried:<br></span></span></div><div><span id="result_" =""="-1" lang="en"><span =""="">Cause the error codes looks like driver issues, we try Install Win10 only drivers, ASRock driver and AMD driver.</span></span></div><div><span id="result_" =""="-1" lang="en"><span =""="">It could also looks like </span></span><span id="result_" =""="-1" lang="en"><span =""=""><span id="result_" ="short_text"="-1" lang="en"><span =""="">incompatibility, but RAM, CPU and SSD are listed by ASRock.</span></span></span></span></div><div><span id="result_" =""="-1" lang="en"><span =""=""><span id="result_" ="short_text"="-1" lang="en"><span =""="">At some clients memtest show no errors, at other clients first errors and at next try no errors.</span></span></span></span></div><div><span id="result_" =""="-1" lang="en"><span =""=""><span id="result_" ="short_text"="-1" lang="en"><span =""="">We tried also updating BIOS to 5.1. / SVM is disabled.</span></span></span></span><br><span id="result_" =""="-1" lang="en"><span =""=""><span id="result_" ="short_text"="-1" lang="en"><span =""=""><span id="result_" =""="-1" lang="en"><span>At bios we changed shared memory to 256 MB as in the manual of ASRock.</span></span></span></span></span></span></div><div><span id="result_" =""="-1" lang="en"><span =""=""><span id="result_" ="short_text"="-1" lang="en"><span =""=""><span id="result_" =""="-1" lang="en"><span>We tried also take fixed values for RAM.</span></span></span></span></span></span></div><div><span id="result_" =""="-1" lang="en"><span =""=""><span id="result_" ="short_text"="-1" lang="en"><span =""=""><span id="result_" =""="-1" lang="en"><span>Windows and drivers are up to date.</span></span></span></span></span></span></div><div><span id="result_" =""="-1" lang="en"><span =""=""><span id="result_" ="short_text"="-1" lang="en"><span =""=""><span id="result_" =""="-1" lang="en"><span><br></span></span></span></span></span></span></div><div><span id="result_" =""="-1" lang="en"><span =""=""><span id="result_" ="short_text"="-1" lang="en"><span =""=""><span id="result_" =""="-1" lang="en"><span>Nothing helped.<br></span></span></span></span></span></span></div><div><span id="result_" =""="-1" lang="en"><span =""=""><span id="result_" ="short_text"="-1" lang="en"><span =""=""><br></span></span></span></span></div><div><span id="result_" =""="-1" lang="en"><span =""=""><span id="result_" ="short_text"="-1" lang="en"><span =""="">Have you any idea, what we could do?<br></span></span></span></span></div><br><span style="font-size:10px"><br /><br />Edited by SpeedSneak - 08 Nov 2018 at 1:44am</span>]]>
