The power goes on, the motherboard pulses a nice blue, the fans work etc...but it doesn?™t boot. The video monitor is competly blank. Doesn?™t work on VGA, HDMI, or DVI.

My question is, what specifically did you do? I have 2x8gb Corsair DDR4-2400 Ram installed on the second and fourth slots per instructions. I also have a GTX 1070 TI installed and connected the monitor via its HDMI port. We checked all the power connections and I believe we should be ok but nothing. Any quidance from your experience would be appreciated. Thanks.
