I tested it with a GTX460 and GT610. Always the same behavior. I uploaded a video about the codes during bootup.

On my previous build with pro4 x570 and ryzen 7 5700G, there were no any issues. Both GPUs were discoverable and I was able to choose primary. Without having your hardware combo to test with I doubt anyone on the forums will be
able to help. Quadro cards, particularly older ones, are quite well known to have
issues on newer hardware. The P2200 is pascal based, it may be new enough to not
have these issues (lacking GoP and/or UEFI support being a common issue on older cards).

ASRock tech support should be able to help you out. There is still a chance someone

Dear All,
I just bought WRX80 Cretor R2.0 mobo. Install threadripper 3945WX. I have a problem- when I don't have discrete gpu card, IPMI control is working just fine, i can see what's on the screen of the PC. When add discrete nvidia quadro p2200, I lost the signal from IPMI and I can't see the screen.
I try to find setting in BIOS where is says- put onboard gpu as primary, but the is no such setting. I update bios to 8.0.3, also the same like stock bios 8.0.1
