Greetings, this is ASRock TSD.


AMD Ryzen series CPUs (Pinnacle Ridge) support DDR4 3200+(OC)/2933/2667/2400/2133 ECC & non-ECC, un-buffered memory.
 
Regarding your question, we provide some suggestions for verifying:

1. Please install memory modules to another system to check if the memory can be detected properly.

2. To make sure DRAM slots are all functional, please install one memory to each DRAM slot by turns to verify.

3. If possible, please change another CPU to verify since memory controller is built in CPU.

4. If possible, please change another RAM to verify.
  
However, we still suggest referring our memory QVL for your system.

Hi, I want to know which memory can work on this board.
My problem is that the motherboard keeps restarting when I install a 8Gx2 ram.
I can make sure my 2600X is working CPU.
