For your question, we provide some suggestions for verifying:
 
1. Please enter to BIOS setup and then load BIOS default via [F9] key to verify.
 
2. Please use another Windows 10 installation image to verify.
 
3. Please change another HDD to verify the storage device.

As title, clean install from the usb iso, it always stopped at the 30% forever. 
What??wrong on my X370 taichi??
