I had the same problem as you described on taichi ultimate. Mea Culpa, just read some of the articles.

Obviously XFR is not working with the x470 Taichi. Very nice. Hi guys,

I am really frustrated.
If XFR is enabled within the advanced menu, my system will crash regardless of any other settings.

My system:

Wind 10 Pro
Ryzen 7 2700X with NZXT Kraken
X470 Taichi with L1.52 Bios
TridendZ 3600 CL14 at 3200 Mhz (or 2400 or 3000 or anything else)
MSI GamingX 1080 Ti (no occ)
650W BeQuiet Gold+

I tried changing RAM speed to 2400 stock setting, i tried different RAM. Acually i bought the tridendz cause I thought my initial used TridentZ 3200 CL17 was causing the problems.

Anyone else experienced this problem?
