ASRock representatives are all part of the "ASRock Official" group.<br /><br />There seem to be a lot of audio related issues with the latest crop of intel boards, the 300 series in particular. The issue is not restricted to ASRock boards either, I suspect it has to do with the 3rd party audio provider (Realtek). <br /><br />Good luck.]]>
