DaddyOG, thanks for your help. I was able to flash to 3.30, I tried with a different USB stick and different USB port then it worked :)

What kind of RAM do you have? DaddyOG, I tried with instant flash and it gave me something about file being invalid! What is the exact procedure you did? i did instant flash to 3.30 and to be honest it's sorta better and more stable on the CPU for overclocking. DaddyOG, what bios did you update to? I was able to update to 3.20 but I get problems trying to update to 3.30. I have the same board as you.
