Author: sjml
Subject: 10237
Posted: 24 Nov 2018 at 2:02am

I built a machine using the Fatal1ty B450 Gaming-ITX/ac board (https://www.asrock.com/MB/AMD/Fatal1ty%20B450%20Gaming-ITXac/index.asp) several months ago and it's worked great until now. Today when I swapped the USB mouse and keyboard to another machine, it wouldn't work again when it was plugged back in. I tried multiple keyboards, every port (front panel and back) and it seems like USB isn't being recognized at all.

Even when I restart, the BIOS doesn't recognize any input from the keyboard, so I don't think it's a drivers/Windows problem, but something in the board.

Did something just die in the hardware? Is there any way to recover this?
