Do you have a graphics card installed?

I am building a new pc for the first time. I have an ASROCK X470 Gaming K4 motherboard, Ryzen 7 2700X cpu, with 1X8GB cosair vengeance lpx ddr4 memory. I am getting 0d error code and no output to the hdmi display.
