    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="https://forum.asrock.com/member_profile.asp?PF=11533">Bokehd</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 10271<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 29 Nov 2018 at 12:59am<br /><br />I filled in the form at https://event.asrock.com/tsd.asp with all of the relevant details 9 days ago, got my confirmation email that it had been received and have not been contacted since.<br /><br />This is a server board with a three year warranty (that I have read on here has had so many issues that it's been extended to four years, not that matters since I got mine in 2016) but what is that warranty worth if I can't communicate with anybody to get a replacement in a timely manner?<br /><br />Like I said, it's a server board, it was in active use, and I would very much like to get it back up and running but I don't have the money to throw around on all new parts. <br /><br />How long does support typically take to respond to requests?]]>
