I bought a Z370 Extreme4 from Newegg between the days of 11/13/2018 to 11/19/2018, when a $25 rebate was being offered. The PDF form says the rebate request must be made within 30 days of purchase. So I waited some amount of time (like all good DIY'ers) to make sure the board was running correctly. Now happy, I clicked on the online link found in the PDF (http://event.asrock.com/usretailer/nov-hp-1319.ne.18.asp2) to discover the link is no longer valid? Why would the link for the online part not be valid for the whole 30 day window?
