Mobo = B450 Pro4

Last time I booted up I noticed 2 drives I had on A1 & A2 had disappeared and I can't get anything to be recognised in these ports any more.
I have both M.2 slots filled, 2 x SSD drives in SATA 1 & 2 and did have a DVD and HDD drive in A1 & A2.
I know 3 & 4 can't be used when both M.2 drives are used.
