My sweet summer child, that's the sole reason I dumped my X370 Taichi. ASRock's support for their BIOS is notoriously bad.

I am truly into VM and stuff, but ASRock did never provide... but you, you my friend, you can really make a difference - start a Reddit petition or something to grab ASRock's attention.

P.S. another slim chance - do you have an ACS switch option somewhere in your BIOS?

I think this issue is solved in AMD AGESA PinnaclePI 1006.

Latest AGESA for your mobo is 1004. Good day.
I purchased a B450M-PRO motherboard with a AMD ATHLON 200GE processor for building a small hypervisor based on VMware ESXI 6.5,6.7.
However, I ran into a problem when activating the passthrough mode.
The problem is the following: when adding any device to the passthrough mode, the system displays the message READY/Reboot need; however, after the reboot, the message does not change, it remains the same as if the reboot was not.

I also have another system based on the ASROSK N270M-PRO4 motherboard, working in with i5 E7500 processor. There are no such problems there.
