Neither B1 or B2 seems to be working at all. A1 and A2 are fine still.

I tried one Dimm in each memory slot. Only with it in A1 and A2 would it post. I tried the other Dimm for the same result. In all 4 slots, I can both hear and feel a click when the Dimm seats, so I reckon I am using enough pressure.

I cleared CMOS and tried the test again for exactly the same result.

I then tried with no memory and get three long beeps, which is the correct error response.

Sometimes a slot can be a little tight and not allow the RAM to seat fully without a little bit of force.

If you install the RAM in A1 and B1 do you get Dual channel shown as active?
If it is in A1 and A2 it works. Using 1 memory DIMM only, A1, A2 and B1 work. B2 does not, so it looks like B2 is faulty. I have tried using the other memory DIMM with the same results.

I have removed the CPU to check for bent pins or any such thing, it looks fine to me so I have reinstalled it, the same thing happens with the memory.
