Greetings, this is ASRock TSD.


To check whether it is the problem with memory, driver or motherboard, we provide some suggestions:

1. Please un-install all of the drivers related to RGB and re-install iCUE to verify.

2. Please plug to different memory slot by turns to verify.

3. Please clean install the Windows 10 64-bit OS and then install the iCUE and RGB memory to verify.

4. Please clear CMOS. (Press CMOS button for 4 seconds; make sure to unplug the power cable before pressing the CMOS.)
