Hi there!

First time builder here who found out that the performance of the Intel Wireless-AC 3168 inside the ASRock Mini-ITX AB350 Gaming-ITX/AC performs not as expected. In fact, I have two laptops with the Intel Wireless-AC 7260 and 8260 respectively that perform at least three times better than the one in the newly-built computer when put in the same room.

I have tried various drivers and antenna directions and have found out that nothing has improved the situation. So I have done some research and it appears that the wireless card can be changed -- is that really the case?

Secondly, if it is, what type of network card replacement should I get
