Referring your question, we provide some suggestions for verifying:

1. Please press hotkey [F2] or [Delete] enter to the BIOS during post and then press hotkey [F9] load BIOS default.

2. Please re-install the AMD ALL in 1 with VGA driver ver:18.10.20_NHDA on the system.

3. If possible, please change another power supply to verify.

Every time restart my pc it won?™t boot again.
But if shutdown it and remove power for 2 to 5 sec, it will run fine again.
Im using windows 10 and 2400G CPU.
