Author: WindyGamer
Subject: 104718
Posted: 02 Apr 2025 at 12:31am

Not sure this is the right place, but my problem is with a Phantom Gaming AsRock monitor. PG27QF. Monitor looks great and works fine, EXCEPT for it never
coming out of sleep.

Window 11, Nvidia RTX 3060, NV driver 572.70, via Display Port
Two monitors in use. Other one is ASUS 32" monitor VA32AQ. But it does not matter
whether other monitor is attached or not. VA32AQ always wakes without issue.

When waking from Sleep, PG27F does not wake up. Light continues as orange. I have to power cycle it with the monitor power button to get it to work. Then it works fine as long as I never sleep the machine manually and as long as it never sleeps itself. I have set sleep to never to avoid this, but I sleep machine every night, so this is annoying.

Is there a firmware update or other fix that will allow the PG27F to wake up?

Thanks.
