Hello, I want to perform a BIOS update, but I keep getting the message that no image was found.

I have a FAT32 USB flash drive, and the drive is also displayed in the BIOS. After clicking Instant Flash, a popup appears briefly with the version on the drive, but then the popup disappears and the message "no image found" appears.
