Greetings, this is ASRock TSD.


According to your question, we provide some suggestions for verifying:

1. Please enter the BIOS setup and press [F9] to load BIOS default setting.

2. Please install both memory modules to another system to check if the memory can be detected properly.

3. To make sure both slots are functional; please install one memory to each DRAM slot by turns to verify.

4. If possible, please change another CPU to verify since memory controller is built in CPU.

5. If possible, please change another memory module to verify.

Hello,
I have a problem with this AB350 Gaming-ITX/ac
I went to the bios and it shows only single channel ram
Surely I install 2 stick RAM and it should run at dual mode.
Please any advice and thanks for helping.
