ASrock has yet to reply back to me after I filled out their support request on the websiteover 3 weeks now. on the Phantom gaming 9 motherboard it has the 2.5GBE realtek network adapter but it only connects/negotiates to 100mb. I have the current Motherboard bios updates and the current network driver for the adapter.

Facts
IT is not any hardware within my network. I am hard connected straight to my windstream gigabit fiber connection. no routers or switches and can attain gigabit speeds with the other intel controllers.

IT is not a cable issue. the same cable runs gigabit speeds just fine on the other intel adapters on the motherboard.

I contacted your support page over a week ago and have got no response... Great customer service!
