CSM is enabled and Secure Boot is enabled. SATA Controller is Enabled. SATA Mode Selection is set to AHCI as I only have 1 M.2 drive. I have tried Advanced > USB Configuration > Legacy USB Support Enabled, UEFI Setup Only, and Disabled. I turned it back to legacy enabled.

I am using a USB drive windows 10 pro 32/64 bit bought from Microsoft. I inserted this drive into another PC and it works. I just can get my bios settings right to get this USB to boot.
