Motherboard: N68 VS3 UCC with AMD Athlon II X2 250 3000 Mhz
Running Windows 7
On board USB4_5 header to front panel USB and sound card (correctly seated)
On board USB6_7 header to front panel memory card reader/writer (correctly seated)
Header to front panel USB/sound ports card correctly seated
All rear panel USB ports working
No front panel USB ports working, nor card reader
Sound is working at front and rear ports

ACTION TAKEN
Pressed F9 in bios to load defaults
Installed Nvidia All in 1 driver from ASRock AMD-NVIDIA Series (AND68-18, Version 1.8) CD

What should I try next?
