I have an ASRock Z170 OC Formula with pre-installed BIOS of p1.50. However, support for my CPU starts at P7.30. I don't have a spare supported CPU to flash the BIOS with. So, I purchased an EEPROM programmer. However, I'm having a tough time finding the right binary file to flash. I've used UEFITool to extract the information from the Intel image for the Instant Flash version of the BIOS. However, I'm still not sure which file inside the image is the appropriate BIOS file.
