When you set an oc it goes forward into windows. I know this is old mainboard but I hope someone know how to fix this.

MB : Asrock z77 Extreme3
CPU : Intel i7 2600k
Bios Version : 1.60 (this issue persist on older bios as well)
OS : Windows 10 1803.

Issue 1 :
When I change cpu multiplier and save using F10 key or from menu, the cpu clock won't change.
-set 44 multiplier, save and restart still stuck at default 35 multiplier etc.
-set 44 multiplier, save and restart and stuck with previous OC, 40 multiplier etc.

Issue 2 :
Besides cpu multiplier, cpu,ram voltage etc. also bug (won't change even after save).

Issue 3 :
Sometimes Issue 2 work but Issue 1 still persist after saves.

Issue 4 :
Including Issue 1-3, Other settings such as fan speed, ram speed also stuck and won't change at all.

I don't know what caused this at all, it sometimes happened after cold boot. I only overclock when in bios, never use in windows. The only way to fix this is to reflash the bios.
