Regarding your question, we provide some suggestions for verifying:

1. Please enter to the BIOS setup and then load BIOS default via [F9] key to verify.

2. Remove system disk and other storage devices and then verify the boot time to BIOS.
If system can boot into UEFI setup much faster, the problem may relate to OS and storage data. Please re-install OS or install another system disk with clean OS to verify.

3. Verify the boot time without USB devices occupied.

4. Only install one stick memory to verify the boot time.

Post takes at least 5 minutes to Windows10.
With MX500 M.2 drive no possible take long time.
