Hello,

My new motherboard won't boot. All I get is a flashing light under the ASRock gear symbol. I have tried to reflash the bios, pulled the CMOS battery and cleared the CMOS. Nada. Power supply works fine, tested and got fan to spin up using PS tester. When plugged into MB does PS nothing.

Here is what I am using in my build:

Threadripper 2950X
Enermax Platimax DF 1200w power supply (building a rack media server)
2 Sticks G.Skill 16GB Ripjaws V 2400
EVGA GeForce GTX 1050Ti
2 Samsung 970 EVO 1 TB m.2
ASRock Taichi X399 Motherboard
