This is horrible support! The question is over two months old and no one has bothered to answer?!
I'm having the exact same problem and will be returning the motherboard to the store on Monday morning.

i have the AsRock A320M-HDV board and i try to install win 7 but i get blue screen and message: The BIOS in this system is not fully ACPI compliant, version is P5.10
