Please be sure to install the M.2 device to M.2_1 slot since M.2_2 slot supports STAT type interface only.<br />https://www.asrock.com/mb/AMD/AB350M%20Pro4/index.asp#Specification<br /><br />2. Please un-plug the power cord and re-install the M.2 SSD to M2_1 slot to verify.<br /><br />3. Under BIOS&gt;Boot tab, please check whether the M.2 SSD can be detected under Boot Priority.<br /><br />4.
