which updates are you referring to? I don't find any bios update on 29th january, nor official neither beta.

My two pennys, with Taichi though, I run stable almost since I built it.
I don't use it to compile or for games.

No experience with the board itself, but you should check for segfault bugs if you have a 1st gen Ryzen.

I also know of some nasty bugs in latest kernels, regarding some of the virt. features and AMD in general.

Also, judging by my rather long experience in this forum, ASRock are not the best when it comes to reliability, features and support.
