No response. They sent to me email that I fillup wrong way Form but after second time when I try correct something which was not need it I don't have any solution for my problems.

Please provide your full system specs, including PSU brand and model, RAM brand and model and as you are having issues with your mouse and keyboard, it would be good to know what brand and model those are too. You are right , something is messed up. It is all in how you set it up. could be hardware config for the slow post time. 1) My PC need 14sec. to pass POST
and another 13sec. to boot Windows10x64 with all drivers, codecs,... etc. (booting from SSD, "quick booting" in BIOS is Off).
IMHO, it is a normal boot time.
2) DOS & USB periferals: try to set in BIOS/Advanced/USB Configuration :
"PS/2 Simulator" ->"Enable";
"Legacy USB support" -> try "Disable" or "Enable" it;
also you could try to use PS/2 keyboard.
