If I understand your post, Windows 7 32bit is running, but the PC shuts off by itself, with no warning?

Are you doing anything in particular when that happens? Or does it seem to be random?

Can you turn the PC on again right away, and it will start and run for a while?

You've given us no information about your PC besides the mother board model. Are you assuming the mother board is the problem?

The usual reason for a problem like yours is the CPU is over heating and shutting itself off. What CPU cooler are you using? What PC case do you use and how many fans does it have? Do you monitor the CPU and other system temperatures of your PC?
