Nothing is lost and when I touch the heatsink I can't feel any heat It looks the sensor is giving the motherboard wrong reads.

Please use this thread for your problem. This thread contains all your info and details so making new ones is not helping you.

As for your VRM temps, that is not normal. You should check your VRM heatsink and make sure it has not come loose. Honestly, I would return the board for a warranty replacement. If something came loose in transit you are better off getting a new one or at the very least, they will check that one out and sort it out under warranty.
