Windows 10 has Intel updating their network drivers more than I've ever seen before, and they tend to update them often anyway.

You can try this new version from Intel, 20.4.1, here. Be sure to select the 64bit version:

This is something you may want to take up with intel as the drivers on ASRock's product pages come from them. If there is an issue you can search intel's own downloads and see if there is an older or newer version than the one on your motherboard's product page and see if it helps.
