    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="https://forum.asrock.com/member_profile.asp?PF=49767">nickt6969</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 110899<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 11 Jun 2025 at 6:32am<br /><br />just for those that may experience the same issue.  <br /><br />I installed the water cooler and didn't notice it was covering the power conn for the CPU on the motherboard - so didnt notice it.  there are 2 conn for the motherboard, the wide one called ATXPWR1 in the manual and a another one called ATX12V - both must be connected for things to work. <br /><br />Silly mistake, but this is what happens when you're too eager to get everything hooked up quickly and miss a simple step in the process :) <br /><br />I see the debug codes progress now.  time to add everything back in and test. <br />]]>

    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="https://forum.asrock.com/member_profile.asp?PF=49767">nickt6969</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 110899<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 11 Jun 2025 at 3:25am<br /><br />installed a new Taichi Lite MB w i7-13700K CPU, water cooler, 2xDDR5, power comes on, fans spin, when I press power button on MB debug code never goes past 00.<br /><br />removed everything, reseat CPU tried again w no DDR5 mem and still same - stuck on 00, doesn't cycle to any other debug code<br /><br />tried brand new i3-12100F to see if possibly CPU - same situation.. wont progress past 00<br /><br />could it be a defective MB?  dont see any bent pins, any suggestions on what to do next?<br /><br />did several builds, never encountered this - stuck at step1 :( <br /><br />thanks for any guidance or suggestions!&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;]]>
