Go to the Web site for your motherboard, select Support, then BIOS. Read the warnings and "How to update" and download the latest BIOS for Instant Flash. This is the safest way to flash the BIOS. It appears that the latest is version 2.60

Then for the motherboard drivers, check AMD's web site, probably:

https://www.amd.com/en/support/chipsets/amd-9-series-chipsets/970

Hi I am trying to update everything on my PC and it may appear some things have not updated since i bought it.
So I'd like some assistance as Iv already looked around and can;t figure it out by myself.
MY current Motherboard is:
Model: 970 Extreme3 R2.0
Chipset: AMD RD9x0


BIOS:
Version: p1.60 - AMD AGESA OrochiPIV1.2.9.0


I am not sure what else I should provide, but basically I want to update my Motherboard and my BIOS and everything else I can.
Motherboard and BIOS is most important though because I believe i have already updated everything else.
