Regarding your case, could you provide your detail configuration for us to clarify?
We also provide some suggestion for you to try.
1.     Clear CMOS to load BIOS default.
2.     Only install CPU and one stick memory to check.
3.     Install one stick memory at each memory slots to try.
4.     Reinstall CPU and check if CPU socket pin is fine.
